Sur les toits plats des deux nouveaux b\u00e2timents du lotissement Depot Hard, la durabilit\u00e9 est int\u00e9gr\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re tout \u00e0 fait naturelle. Les deux installations photovolta\u00efques ind\u00e9pendantes s\u2019int\u00e8grent discr\u00e8tement au paysage des toits et contribuent ensemble de mani\u00e8re significative \u00e0 l\u2019approvisionnement \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique durable de l\u2019ensemble du lotissement. <\/p>\n

Nous avons install\u00e9 au total 239 modules solaires de haute qualit\u00e9 du fabricant Longi. Depuis ao\u00fbt 2025, les installations produisent de mani\u00e8re fiable de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 solaire propre. Gr\u00e2ce aux orientations nord-est et sud-ouest, le potentiel solaire est exploit\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re optimale tout au long de la journ\u00e9e, garantissant une production d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 r\u00e9guli\u00e8re. <\/p>\n

Gr\u00e2ce au syst\u00e8me de montage flexible de K2 Systems, les deux installations ont pu \u00eatre mises en \u0153uvre de mani\u00e8re efficace, respectueuse des toits et esth\u00e9tique \u2014 avec une intervention minimale sur la structure des b\u00e2timents et une apparence claire et harmonieuse.<\/p>\n

Ce projet illustre de mani\u00e8re convaincante comment des installations photovolta\u00efques modernes sur les toits plats de grands immeubles r\u00e9sidentiels permettent des solutions \u00e0 la fois performantes et discr\u00e8tes \u2014 techniquement r\u00e9fl\u00e9chies, \u00e9conomiquement pertinentes et architecturally r\u00e9ussies.<\/p>\n
