Comment te pla\u00eet ton apprentissage chez nous jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

J\u2019aime beaucoup mon apprentissage. Je trouve le travail vari\u00e9. J\u2019aime travailler \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur et apprendre quelque chose de nouveau chaque jour.<\/p>\n

Qu\u2019est-ce qui fait, pour toi, une bonne journ\u00e9e de travail ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pour moi, une bonne journ\u00e9e de travail, c\u2019est quand nous travaillons bien en \u00e9quipe, que nous avan\u00e7ons beaucoup et qu\u2019\u00e0 la fin, nous pouvons voir ce que nous avons accompli. Nous avons une tr\u00e8s bonne \u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n

Qu\u2019as-tu d\u00e9j\u00e0 appris depuis le d\u00e9but de ton apprentissage ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

J\u2019ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 beaucoup appris sur les installations photovolta\u00efques, notamment comment poser les diff\u00e9rents \u00e9l\u00e9ments et utiliser correctement les outils. La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail est \u00e9galement un aspect tr\u00e8s important du m\u00e9tier.<\/p>\n

Quelles t\u00e2ches aimes-tu particuli\u00e8rement effectuer ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

J\u2019aime particuli\u00e8rement installer les panneaux solaires et travailler sur les toits. J\u2019aime bien voir \u00e0 la fin ce que j\u2019ai construit moi-m\u00eame. J\u2019ai \u00e9galement d\u00e9j\u00e0 pu participer \u00e0 un projet du d\u00e9but \u00e0 la fin.<\/p>\n

Quel a \u00e9t\u00e9 ton plus grand d\u00e9fi jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Un d\u00e9fi pour moi a \u00e9t\u00e9 de m\u2019habituer au travail sur les toits et aux diff\u00e9rentes t\u00e2ches. Avec le temps, j\u2019ai gagn\u00e9 en assurance et je suis devenu beaucoup plus rapide. Il ne faut tout simplement pas avoir peur, car on est toujours prot\u00e9g\u00e9. Il faut travailler avec beaucoup de concentration et ne pas se laisser distraire par autre chose.<\/p>\n

Pourquoi as-tu choisi de faire un apprentissage d\u2019installateur solaire ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

J\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert cette formation par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire du BIZ (centre d\u2019information et d\u2019orientation professionnelle) et de mes amis. J\u2019ai choisi cet apprentissage parce que je m\u2019int\u00e9resse \u00e0 la technique et aux \u00e9nergies renouvelables. J\u2019aime aussi le travail pratique et je pense que l\u2019\u00e9nergie solaire est un enjeu important pour l\u2019avenir.<\/p>\n

Y a-t-il quelque chose qui t\u2019a particuli\u00e8rement surpris depuis le d\u00e9but de ton apprentissage ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ce qui m\u2019a particuli\u00e8rement surpris, c\u2019est \u00e0 quel point le travail est vari\u00e9. Au d\u00e9but, je pensais qu\u2019il s\u2019agissait surtout d\u2019installer des panneaux solaires. Mais il y a encore beaucoup d\u2019autres t\u00e2ches et domaines \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir sur le chantier. Par exemple, il faut mesurer pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment o\u00f9 placer les supports et o\u00f9 les panneaux seront ensuite install\u00e9s. Pour l\u2019onduleur dans la cave, il y a \u00e9galement beaucoup de choses \u00e0 apprendre, notamment quels c\u00e2bles doivent \u00eatre raccord\u00e9s entre eux. C\u2019est parfois compliqu\u00e9, mais on peut apprendre \u00e0 le faire.<\/p>\n

Que conseillerais-tu \u00e0 quelqu\u2019un qui souhaite lui aussi devenir installateur solaire ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Je recommande vivement cet apprentissage \u00e0 celles et ceux qui aiment le travail pratique, qui n\u2019ont pas le vertige et qui s\u2019int\u00e9ressent \u00e0 la technique. Il faut aussi \u00eatre en bonne condition physique. Il faut aimer travailler \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur et \u00eatre pr\u00eat \u00e0 apprendre de nouvelles choses.<\/p>\n

Pour terminer, aimerais-tu ajouter quelque chose ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Je dirais qu\u2019il faut \u00eatre sympa avec ses coll\u00e8gues et les autres membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe. Quand on s\u2019entend bien avec eux, le travail est aussi beaucoup plus agr\u00e9able et amusant.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
